Our Policies, Procedures, & Ethos

We function according to the H.A.R.T. principle: Honour, Accountability, Responsibility, and Transparency.

Honour - inheritance can only be transferred through relationships rooted in intimacy.

We believe that longevity and impact are possible when we build on the solid foundations laid by those who have gone before us. Their wisdom, experience, and momentum are invaluable assets—but they can only be accessed through honouring relationships. As a team, we intentionally seek out the patriarchs and matriarchs of communities and movements, valuing the stories they carry and the roads they’ve walked. We understand that true inheritance is not demanded or taken, but entrusted—passed down through connection, trust, and intimacy. It is through honour that we receive what has been cultivated, and from that place, we continue the work with reverence and vision.

Accountability – partnering from a position of humility and teachability.

As a team, we realise that people and communities are unique and therefore we can never assume what their story is and what their needs are. We start our relationship with organizations and communities by listening to what they envision and aim to accomplish, and then incorporating their core values as part of our partnership with them. We want to serve the communities and organizations with the best tools and support, and therefore our focus is to continuously learn as much as we can from a position of humility to accomplish that.


Responsibility – change only comes when you take responsibility.

Most people can clearly identify the problems in our society but talking about it does not provide a solution. As a team we believe that taking responsibility for a situation or problem regardless of who caused it is the first step to solving it. Therefore, our approach is to look at every crisis as an opportunity and to pair every problem with a sustainable solution. We firmly believe that love is a verb and taking action restores hope.


Transparency – trust is established through clear and transparent communication.

We are focused on restoring trust between investors and organizations, and also the communities and organizations where it has been lost, and establishing it where new partnerships are forged. As a team, we are firm believers in creating effective and efficient communication structures that remove any uncommunicated expectations from the parties involved. This is done by using procedures and policies to govern partnerships and using industry standard bookkeeping and auditory processes to account for the stewardship of resources.


It is from these values that we intentionally cultivate environments where individuals, families, and communities are united—working together in purpose—to secure a future marked by hope, restoration, and the abundant life we were created to live.
